The Fold twist

 

 

The fold twist is also called the loop twist because it is simply one bubble twisted in a loop as shown on left..

It can be done very quickly by simply folding over the balloon and twisting it. (Hence it's name). Apply pressure where you want the twist with one hand (blue arrows) and twist the whole loop around with the other.

You can create two fold twists at the same time by folding the balloon into an s shape then twisting, this can be used to create a simple sword in a single twist.

Once you have mastered the fold twist you should be able to follow the bubble diagram below and create a "3 twist dog"
