Cut a green 160 about 2/3 of the way down and tie a knot in the end. Blow up about an inch and a half. Squeeze equal amounts into each end and tie a knot in the middle. Tulip twist both ends. |

Take a full green 160. Blow up about two inches. Squeeze equal amounts into each end and tie a knot in the middle. Make a bubble then a pinch twist in each end to form feet. |

Cut up some brightly coloured 260's. Cut them roughly into threes and discard nozzles. |

Take
another green 260 and blow up about two inches.

Hold the 'hair' in your hand so the ends are just behind the tips of your first finger and thumb.Rest your first finger on the knot of the 260 an push the hair into the balloon behind the nozzle. Grab the knot at the other side like a tulip twist. |

Wrap the 'legs' around the knot you have just grabbed. |

Push from the bottom about half-way into it. Careful, if you push too far the hair flies out the top. The twist will not be stable until you move unto the next step |

Twist the head. This locks everything in place. |

Draw a face on the little fellow. (As you may have noticed this isn't my strong point). The dude is place on the wrist the 260 goes around the wrist and is wrapped around the neck. |
