• Blow up a 260 about an inch and a half. Tie nozzle then also tie a knot in the far end of the balloon
• Tie a loose know in the middle of the balloon
• Hold the balloon about 1 cm from far end and stretch tip.Hold left hand over uninflate balloon and squeeze the bubble with right hand. You should have a bubble at each end.Holding a bubble in each hand squeeze air from one side to the other until the bubbles equal in size.
• As soon as they are the same size pull bubbles apart sharply. this tightens the knot and means the air can no longer travel from one end to the other
• Once that is done you can make a tulip twist at each end by pushing the knot into the balloons then grabbing and twisting

The final result should look like it does above.
