Lost your password?
Don't panic. E-mail me and I'll check your name on the database and send you it out again.

Worried about your membership after change of ownership?
Relax. Everyone who signed up when Donna was in charge and everyone who signed up afterwards. Your lifetime membership is intact.

Got the password but can't get it to work?
I check out that the password works on different systems and from different computers on a regular basis. At the moment, I can find no computers or systems which have a problem with the password program. If the password isn't working for you try this checklist before contacting me:
  • Capital letters. The password is case sensitive so has to be typed in exactly as given.
  • Check caps lock isn't on
  • No spaces. Spaces count as letters.
  • Spelling. Double check the password is spelled the same as it was given to you. It's very easy to type the same mistake several times.

A good way of double checking all these is to type your password in Word or Notepad then copy and paste it into the password box. Count the asterisks in the box and make sure there are as many of them as there are letters in the password

You get a message saying your Java script is not enabled.
If the Java script ( a programming language used by your internet browser) is not enabled you are taken to a page which states this in blue letters across the top of the page. In most cases clicking on the blue letters will take you on to the members pages. If this is not the case here is how to reactivate your Java script on your browser
To Enable Java Script for Internet Explorer
  • Open Internet Explorer Browser
  • Select Tools from main menu
  • Select Internet Options
  • Click on Security Tab
  • Choose Internet
  • Under Internet click the Custom Level command button
  • Select Scripting of Java Applets
  • Choose Enable
  • Click OK
  • Click Apply
  • Click OK

To Enable Java Script for Netscape Navigator
  • Open Netscape Browser
  • Choose Edit from main menu
  • Select Preferences
  • Check the "Enable Java Script for Navigator" check box
  • Click OK

The page returns to the password page with no error messages.
