Balloons you will need

Face and Hair

1 Face: light pink 260
2 Nose & Neck: light pink 260 scrap
3 Eyes: White 5" round
4 Hair: Lavender 160
5-10 Pink, lavender and purple 160s

 

Body

1 Body part of dress: Light blue 260 scrap
2&3 Dress Light blue160 and a dark blue 160
4 Arms: Light pink 260
5 Legs: Light pink 260
6 Wings: Dark pink 160
7 Wand:silver 160

Face

You will be making 3 face bubbles and 2 ear bubbles with this balloon. The approx. size of the face bubbles are 4.5 inches.


Twist your first face bubble then a 1 inch bubble and ear twist it
Twist another face bubble
Twist another ear bubble
Wrap the nozzle around the 2nd ear twist
Make another face bubble and twist to 1st ear twist.
Get rid of remaining balloon.
Using a small scrap twist a nose in a knot free end.
Push nose bubble between two face bubbles. make sure neck is appropriate length.
Twist the white round into two even halves.
Twist the eye bubbles around the nose bubble.

Hair

Attach lavender 160 knot to ear

Go across the top of the face and twist to the other ear.
Go back across and twist to the first ear.
I am going across the head again but this time I am making 2 twists to connect the ponytails.
here you can see the placements of the twists. get rid of the remainder of the balloon.

Ponytails

The ponytail balloons are made from half a 160. Tie the ends together,

 

Twist in the centre.

Repeat this with the lavender and pink ponytail 160s.
Twist all three together
Attch to hair with a scrap.
Repeat for other side.

Dress

The body of the dress is a blue 260 with 2 pinch twists in the end.

Attch neck to ear twists.
Tie ends together of blue and lavender skirt balloons.
Make three loops in each balloon
Twist together and arrange as so.

Make a tight fancy flower.

(Professor Wonder has some great instructions for fancy flowers)

Attach dress body to skirt.

Arms

Make a small bubble and a small loop for hand. Wrap nozzle around loop to hide.

Twist a 4 inch bubble for an arm. Twist to the top of the dress and twist another 4inch bubble for the other arm. make another hand.
break off and tie off remainder.

Legs

The legs are made the same way you made the arms but when you get to the end make an extra small bubble to connect the feet.

 

Like so.

break off and tie off the remainder.

Tie a pink or blue scrap to the top of the legs.
Bring it through the dress and tie legs in place. Cut off excess scrap.

Wings

Tie dark pink wing balloon together at the ends.

Make to larger loops and to smaller loops and shape them as so.
Attach to the top of the back of the dress with a scrap.
View from the back.

Wand

Blow up a little then make an apple twist then several pinch twists.

Thread the uininflated part through the hand.

Face

I am sure most annyone can do better drawing but here it is anyhow.
